ABOUT THE ROLE…
We have a passion for Making Memories at Manorview. Whether it’s a first or a last, we want our clients and guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensuring we can deliver this!
You will lead your department to deliver a fantastic first experience for all our guests, team members, and suppliers. You will be responsible for confirming bookings, chasing payments, completing end-of-night banking, and managing all aspects related directly to your team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
* Meet and greet our guests on arrival
* Manage internal and external communication from guests through various channels
* Ensure all external contractors are signed in and aware of our Fire Safety procedures
* Take payments for bookings, manage deposits, and handle banking during your shift
* Update guest information into our system as required
* Complete Duty Manager shifts within the venue, with overall responsibility for your department and the health and safety of the entire venue and its occupants
* Prepare team schedules in line with venue requirements
* Ensure your team is fully trained, coached, and managed effectively
* This list is not exhaustive; other ad hoc tasks may be required and will be discussed with you in advance

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…
* Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience (essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail and workload management skills (essential)
* Excellent communication skills (essential)
* Ability to work independently (essential)
* Previous administrative experience (desirable)
* Experience with ResDiary, Procure Wizard, or Hotel Executive (desirable)
We pay a fair wage, with our hourly rates exceeding government standards at a minimum. Your earnings will be further supplemented by our 10% service charges and other tips left by guests – 100% of tips are retained by the team.
