The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee our repairs service across four sites. In this role, you will:
Manage all aspects of the repairs service, including out-of-hours support and subcontractor performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee budgets, drive efficiencies, and proactively implement business improvements.
Monitor performance indicators, analyse trends, and take corrective action to enhance service delivery.
Create reports and present to both internal and external stakeholders.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
Manage complex reactive repairs and voids maintenance.
Engage with customers transparently and drive improvements through strong stakeholder collaboration.
Undertake necessary training to become the Responsible Person for Legionella and asbestos compliance.What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Sound knowledge of repairs and maintenance services, relevant regulations, and British Standards.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience in performance management, budget control, and service improvement.
Professional qualifications such as CIOB or RICS (desirable).
Extensive experience in a comparable role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Health & Safety qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH).
Expertise in permit-to-work and risk assessments.What We Offer
