Role Description
Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Melton for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role involves planning and executing all digital marketing strategies with specific emphasis on PPC, SEO and email marketing. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for managing social media accounts, quarterly targeted lead-generation campaigns (including email marketing), web page angile updates and anll other lead generation/marketing platforms used by the company. The eventual required target is an uplift in generated leads in line with our unique value services and multiple geographies. If successful, the post holder is expected to develop the marketing department within the company.
The role requires excellent metric handling to be produce and analysed accurately. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing online marketing initiatives, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. The successful candidate will contribute to elevating the digital presence of Diamond Skin Care while ensuring outreach meets strategic objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in managing google adwords accounts and SEO.
* Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques and Marketing strategies to enhance online presence.
* Strong experience of wordspress and web page creation and editing.
* Experience with Web Analytics tools to monitor, measure, and optimize digital performance
* Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and track effective marketing campaigns
* Demonstrate excellent command of success metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV and related ratios
* Use of excel/google sheets to create pivot tables, dashboards and projection models
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
* Familiarity with healthcare or dermatology industries is a plus
* Familiarity with pipedrive CRM is a plus
