They strategically control each process for every development they undertake, spanning a number of disciplines, to provide strong leadership, administration, management and risk mitigation.They cover measurement, procurement, contractual solutions and project cost management. Their Quantity Surveyors have sound knowledge of construction materials, design and best practices. They use this knowledge to help the design team to assess strategies and to optimise the project’s commercial efficiency whilst consistently providing clear, comprehensive and accurate advice at all levels.They provide essential property and construction advice and services across all sectors.
