Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading retailer based on the outskirts of Leeds, looking for an Office Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a newly created role within the business which will report into the Head of Operations and closely support the wider management team. The aim of this role is to take administrative, front of house, data and project-based tasks away from the management team, in an effort to centralise and develop a more efficient way of working. This is a broad role with a lot of scope for you to make it your own!
Responsibilities
* Managing and ordering office supplies such as office consumables, supplies for team social events, business cards, IT equipment, stationary etc.
* General Head Office facilities management and organising
* Overseeing company workwear program
* Manage travel and accommodation requirements for the UK team
* Organise engineer vehicle servicing and van branding where appropriate
* Manage H&S documentation from engineers, managed stores and offices
* Organise periodic health & safety / IT testing for the office
* Oversee HR updates, using company portal to issue amendments and supporting with HR stats reporting
* Coordinate key HR meetings (i.e. Return to Works, Exit Interviews, Absence Reviews, Holiday utilisation, etc)
* Support with conference/event organisation
* Oversee environmental compliance tasks for the business
* Oversee the businesses charity relationships, associated communications and other CSR work
* Champion the employee benefits program and social events calendar
* Manage all central business folders including SharePoint and Image Relay
* Manage email distribution lists
* Manage relationship with external IT supplier – taking ownership of basic IT internally including phone systems
* Minutes / actions creation and tracking for certain internal meetings where appropriate
* Support with organising business meetings (inc. town halls, Mgt meetings, strategy days)
* Regular reporting to each of the core teams to ensure key tasks have been completed and followed up as needed
* Support the commercial teams with planning trade shows
* Manage UK fuel card administration
Role Experience and Skills Requirement:
* Minimum of 3 years in a coordination-based role (Office support, PA, Office Management, facilities, etc.)
* Very strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience of overseeing facilities in an office environment
* Experience of coordinating people to ensure key business tasks are completed
* Strong IT literacy with proficiency in MS 365
* Confident liaising with external suppliers
* Experience of reporting and being able to turn data into action points for a team
* Attention to detail
* Proactive and self-driven
* Familiarity with Human Resources practices would be advantageous
1. Working Approach:
* 100% Office Working in HQ (Leeds)
* May be required to support at conference and events from time to time (including potential of staying away over night for periodic events)

Hours: 9am – 5pm
Pay: up to £32,000 DOE
