The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach are working with a welcoming ASD specialist school in Brent, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position. You will work closely with pupils with a diagnosis of Autism, many of whom are non-verbal or have limited communication. Your role will involve supporting learning through structured tasks, managing transitions, and assisting with sensory regulation.
Experience with visual aids, Makaton or PECS is highly desirable, as well as a patient, calm and understanding attitude.
