Army Reserve Light Cavalry. To deploy personnel in Support of Ops both overseas and in the UK with Regular units as individuals and as contingents. Master Chef 1. Lead the catering department within the unit. 2. Provide catering support for all training activities. 3. Provide catering for Company dinner nights and Officers' Mess events. 4. Recruit and nurture potential chefs to fill positions within 150 Regt 5. Maintain a working relationship with the local catering college. 6. Manage the trade training for all chefs. Ensure ITR's are completed. 7. Ensure the kitchens complies with health and safety law. 8. Discharge additional responsibilities as directed by CoC.
