SEN Teacher Opportunity - Help Shape Brighter Futures

Location: St Neots and surrounding areas

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)

Hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible working available)

Pay Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE - dependent on case)

Position Type: One-to-One Teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs

Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for inclusive education?

We are looking for committed SEN Teachers to support children and young people with complex needs. This role is ideal for educators who are driven to provide meaningful, individualised learning experiences that go beyond the classroom.


Your Role Will Include:

1. Creating a Safe and Supportive Environment: Build trust and emotional security to help students thrive.
2. Designing Tailored Learning Plans: Adapt teaching strategies to meet each learner's specific academic and emotional needs.
3. Working in Partnership with Families: Strengthen the home-school connection to support consistent progress.
4. Delivering Impactful Lessons: Use creativity and empathy to foster engagement, confidence, and achievement.
5. Modelling Positive Behaviour: Encourage personal growth and resilience through example and encouragement.


What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)
2. At least two years of teaching experience
3. Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum in Maths, English, and Science
4. Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 to 4
5. Excellent communication skills and a background in SEN education
6. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
7. Legal right to work in the UK
8. Solid understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
