Construction Administrator role Full-time permanent role Based in Brentwood 5 days per week Previous construction experience is essential Manage the flow of project documents, contracts, blueprints, and specifications. Assist in preparing project budgets, process invoices, and track project costs against the budget. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and coordinating with all parties. Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress and resolve issues. Maintain accurate project records, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Track and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other industry standards. Arrange meetings, prepare presentations, handle correspondence, and provide general support to the project management team.
