Were looking for a Senior Marketing Data and Analytics Manager to lead the charge in turning marketing data into actionable insights. This is a senior role where youll work closely with leadership to shape campaigns and long-term strategy. If you love combining data and marketing analytics with storytelling, this could be the perfect next step.
What youll be doing
As Senior Marketing Data and Analytics Manager, youll design and implement frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring campaigns align with KPIs, ROI, and business objectives. Youll monitor performance, analyse trends, and provide clear recommendations that influence future strategies.
Youll lead competitor benchmarking and market intelligence projects, using advanced analytics techniques like marketing-mix modelling, econometrics, and A/B testing to quantify impact. Youll use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and more daily, to give perspective to marketing data.
Youll work with Marketing, Digital Delivery, Product, Finance, and external partners to ensure insights drive decision-making. Youll also present findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling narratives that inform leadership and shape business growth.
What experience youll need to apply
* Experience as a Marketing Analytics Manager or similar
* Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
* Strong PowerBI/Tableau experience
* Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager)
* Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and website technologies
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Data driven background thats been applied in a marketing environment
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements is a bonus
