We are a fast-growing photography studio brand looking for a Pinterest Growth Manager to help us scale traffic and brand authority.
This is a long-term position (10 hours per week to start).
We already have:
• Hundreds of high-quality photos
• A strong brand identity
• Clear positioning
• A content direction
What we need is someone who can:
• Create and schedule optimized pins consistently
• Write SEO-friendly pin titles and descriptions
• Organize boards strategically
• Repurpose existing content into multiple pin variations
• Track basic performance metrics and adjust weekly
This is an execution-focused role. We are not looking for someone to "experiment." We want structured, consistent output.
Requirements:
• Proven Pinterest growth experience
• Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO
• Canva proficiency
• Ability to follow brand direction
• Clear communication
