Overview
Role Overview: We are navigating a period of dynamic change and growth and looking for a Transport and Logistics Operator to support our expanding team at our Loughborough site where we manufacture and package inhalation pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the receipt, storage and movement of courier and supplier ad hoc deliveries, and the movement of items across departments for our Kindeva sites (UK).
* Ensure items are logged and delivered safely and in a timely manner.
* Work across multiple departments to facilitate the movement of items.
* Implement processes to co-ordinate couriers to correct sites and locations within Kindeva Loughborough locations.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience working within a manufacturing, warehouse or logistics environment or similar.
* Full UK driving license required.
* Valid Counterbalance licence is essential.
* Reach Truck licence is desirable.
* ADR licence is desirable.
* Good understanding of GMP.
* Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment.
