Were looking for someone whos electrically biased, but still handy with a spanner. Someone who can get stuck into breakdowns, stay on top of planned maintenance, and doesnt mind getting a bit hands-on when things get tricky.
If youve worked in a manufacturing environment, youll know the pace. No two days are the same. But if you like solving problems and staying ahead of the game, youll fit right in.
What youll be doing:
* Providing day-to-day engineering support on-site
* Diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical issues
* Carrying out planned maintenance (the kind that prevents breakdowns- not just ticking boxes)
* Accurately recording work, parts used, and root causes
* Getting involved in continuous improvement projects to help the site run better
* Staying sharp on health and safety and following engineering best practice
