??? Key Responsibilities:
?? Roadmap & Milestone Management
* ?? Manage the master fiscal year roadmap for the Brand Team, organized by quarter.
* ?? Drive project milestones from approval through strategy, creative development, production, and final delivery.
* ?? Ensure all schedules and roadmaps are clearly communicated and accessible to stakeholders.
?? Team & Resource Coordination
* ?? Collaborate with the Resource Manager during the casting process and provide regular updates to support resource allocation.
* ??? Set up and facilitate weekly Brand-led huddles and status meetings, tracking action items and partnering with the Brand Team.
* ?? Work with the Brand Manager to prioritize tasks and align the team on daily, weekly, and monthly focus areas, resolving conflicts proactively.
?? Creative Review Facilitation
* ?? Manage scheduling and agendas for Brand-led creative reviews across pods, in coordination with the Brand Manager.
* ?? Partner with the Brand Creative Director and team to define the creative concepting process and tailor review structures to project needs.
* ??? Facilitate all aspects of Brand-led creative reviews: scope, attendees, location, facilities, and materials.
* ??? Ensure project materials are captured, archived, and shared appropriately.
?? Cross-Functional Collaboration
* ?? Liaise with Functional and Production partners to share updates during the creative concepting phase.
* ?? Guide Functional teams in scheduling their creative reviews with the Brand Team.
?? Administrative & Operational Support
* ?? Take meeting notes during reviews and collaborate with the Brand Manager to distribute them as needed.
* ??? Manage team server logistics: setup, folder organization, disclosure lists, and communication.
* ??? Oversee confidential team workspaces, logistics calendars, and badge access.
* ?? Support project close-out and archiving of all relevant materials (briefs, documentation, creative concepts, etc.).
