We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist setting in Bournemouth, supporting children with complex additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people and helping them succeed both academically and personally. In this role, you will support pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, sensory processing needs, and physical or emotional challenges. Working alongside experienced staff, you will help provide a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment tailored to each child’s individual needs.
