Commercial Litigation Solicitor

An exciting opportunity with a Legal 500 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the team.
In this role, you will tackle complex disputes with a solutions-driven approach, Collaborate with a dynamic and award-winning Legal 500 team and contribute to the growth and success of a thriving law firm
Preferred Requirements:
1. Manage a diverse caseload of contentious matters, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, professional negligence claims, insolvency litigation, and debt recovery
2. Advise on and participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, such as mediations and arbitrations, to resolve disputes efficiently
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, preparing cases for trial and drafting pleadings
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing commercially focused and pragmatic solutions
5. Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working well both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
6. 3+PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
7. Exceptional drafting skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements
8. Commercially astute with a focus on delivering practical and cost-effective solutions
