As a UK&IE Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing sourcing activities across market areas in an efficient, and consistent way to ensure a strong diverse pool of talent are available to support the recruitment needs in the country. This will cover volume recruitment needs as well as hard-to-fill (niche roles). Essential Requirements: • Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to their work, displaying an ability to juggle multiple priorities and intellectual curiosity • Natural ability to build impactful relationships with candidates and stakeholders • Good time management skills for effective management and delivery of multiple different recruitment campaigns across different functions • Passion for bringing new people into the business, engaging with diverse talent, and providing the best candidate experience • Min of 1-2 years experience working within a Recruitment team • Experience in direct sourcing within some of the following sectors: Retail, Hospitality/Food, Customer Services, Sales, and Logistics would be preferred although not essential What you'll be doing day to day • Build a strong partnership with the Recruitment & Sourcing Team and key Market Area stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs, aligning sourcing campaigns to effectively attract qualified talent as per the business needs • Utilise global tools, programs, and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies • Contribute to a high standard of excellence within direct sourcing, delivering a consistently high-quality service to all candidates in line with our IKEA values and brand • Execute sourcing campaigns that address future business needs and objectives through innovative and multichannel methods • Work closely with country Talent Sourcing & EVP Leader to ensure that all local employer marketing messages are in line with the country's EVP strategy • Take a data-driven approach to monitor and track performance and business impact to ensure success in achieving Recruitment & Sourcing Business Plan Goals Together as a team At the heart of our business are people. You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have a flexible hybrid working principle at IKEA, with 8 days per month working in the office and the rest working remotely. There will be some national travel required with this role.
