About the Role
As a Café & Bar Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our café and bar, ensuring exceptional service, motivating your team, and delivering smooth, high-quality operations during every shift.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver 5-star customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued
* Accurately take food and drink orders and ensure prompt delivery
* Oversee daily service, coordinating effectively with the kitchen team
* Manage team performance and ensure staff are working efficiently on shift
* Resolve guest issues and complaints swiftly and professionally
* Uphold food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards
* Encourage a supportive, motivated, and productive team atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
* Willingness to work weekends and busy peak periods
