Our Future Business Leaders programme is designed to give you the skills, training, support and development you need to run an insurance business in partnership with other like-minded professionals, as an Agent within the NFU Mutual Agency network.\n\nSpending time in our Northern Ireland Agency network, you’ll have ongoing support and guidance from your line manager and regional teams. Gaining exposure to key business areas across NFU Mutual, you’ll acquire an in-depth knowledge of our portfolio of products and stakeholders, including Marketing, Financial Services, Risk Management Services and Underwriting.
