This role would offer the opportunity for those with residential project experience to gain greater Exposure of working on developer led residential projects.
Role & Responsibilities
* Working on the production of working drawing packages
* Projects vary between 30 to 300 units
* Dealing with design issues on projects and finding technical solutions
* Working under the supervision of project lead
* Speaking with external consultants and clients
* Using AutoCAD on a daily basis.
Required Skills & Experience
* Have a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience
* Experience with UK residential projects is essential
* Project experience in developer-led projects would be highly beneficial
* Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD is essential
* Revit ability is beneficial.
