Senior Associate - Remote working* with occasional travel to London for meetings (expenses paid).
Remote working Governance role with a supportive boutique professional services firm.
About the role:
* Board & Committee support & minute taking
* Making and maintaining good relationships with clients
* Managing Diligent Entities including share allotments/transfers/ confirmation statements
* Formation of companies and other entities
* Advising on cosec compliance and governance matters
About you:
* Must be CGI Qualified
* Must have very strong Board & Committee support & minute taking
* At least 3-5 years working in Governance in the UK
* Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
* Good working knowledge of Diligent Entities
* Knowledge of Shares
This role would be suitable for someone looking for great flexibility in a supportive and friendly team with a background in Cosec.
