Veterinary Surgeon - Ely Companion Care Up to £70,000 FTE | Full Time Hours | No OOH | Supportive Team We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and inclusive team at Ely Companion Care. Our practice is built around teamwork, support, and creating a positive place to work. You'll be joining a close-knit team of 2 Vets, 4 RVNs, 2 Receptionists, and a dedicated Practice Manager who genuinely enjoy working together, best yet…there's rarely a shortage of chocolate in the staff room! We're proud to have the warm, community feel of an independent practice, while still benefiting from the resources and support of the wider veterinary group. The Role Our days are varied and interesting, with a steady caseload that includes routine consultations, surgery, and the occasional emergency or unusual case. Our skilled nursing team are always prepared for whatever comes through the door, while our reception team go above and beyond to support clients with even the most complex queries. We're looking for an experienced vet who: Is confident in a first-opinion setting Is comfortable with occasional sole charge Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team Shares our passion for excellent patient and client care This role full time, including 1 in 4 Saturdays, with no out-of-hours. We're also happy to offer flexibility around shift patterns, helping to accommodate childcare or other commitments where possible.
