For this role in Wisbech, you'll ensure exams follow JCQ guidelines, secure exam materials, supervise candidates, and ensure correct seating and papers, maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
Job Duties:
* Supervising and monitoring candidates during examinations to ensure compliance with regulations
* Distributing and collecting examination papers and materials
* Assisting with setting up examination rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
* Reporting any incidents or irregularities during the examination process
* Maintaining a calm and orderly exam environment
Requirements for Role:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow instructions accurately
* Reliability and punctuality
* Certification in exam invigilation or related field
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
Knowledge and Skills:
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Understanding of exam procedures and regulations
Working Conditions:
The role may require standing for long periods and working in a quiet exam environment
