Were recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to support a major Warm Homes programme focused on improving energy efficiency, reducing fuel poverty, and enhancing the wellbeing of residents.
This is a highly interactive, community-based roleideal for someone who enjoys being out and about, engaging with people, and making a real difference.
About the Role
Youll act as the key link between residents and the project, ensuring tenants understand the benefits of the programme and feel confident taking part.
This role involves face-to-face engagement, including home visits and door knocking, as well as handling queries, resolving concerns, and working closely with contractors and stakeholders to support delivery.
Your work will directly impact engagement levelscritical to the success and funding of the project.
