Your Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with PMLD and SLD
Supporting communication, sensory needs, and daily routines
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Encouraging independence, positive behaviour, and emotional wellbeing
Helping maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
