Responsibilities:
9. Managing the Support and Development Team
10. Support the Supervising Social Workers to manage a team of 150 approved foster carers
To be considered for the Team Manager role…ideally you will have:
11. 3+ years' experience of working within a similar role and team
12. A Diploma/Degree in Social Work
13. Registration with Social Work England
14. Familiar with annual review process, handling complaints and escalations, evaluations of foster carers, placement sufficiency.
