This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fully flexible Monday to Sunday.

The Role: As a Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our business. You will help provide the best shopping experience for our guests, showcase our diverse products, and go above and beyond for customers. You will be involved in creating a first-class shopping experience through exceptional service, attitude and behaviours.
You’ll DEFY ORDINARY by understanding each customer’s needs and recommending products with style, including sets, accessories and add-ons. From day one you will receive in-depth training on products, their specifications, care and best matched companions, making you a well-rounded FOOTASYLUM Sales Ambassador.
About you: Don’t worry too much about previous experience. We are looking for outgoing, friendly, organised and can-do individuals who are positive and approachable, comfortable approaching customers and starting enthusiastic conversations.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Make customers feel like VIPs with excellent service, ensuring they leave with a great impression.
* Become proficient on all products, helping customers make informed choices.
* Provide expert product knowledge and advice.
* Collaborate with colleagues to hit store targets and deliver excellent service as a team.
* Keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing.
* Engage in training to grow personally and professionally.
* Stay up to date with trends and product knowledge to assist customers.
* Handle transactions smoothly and ensure a positive checkout experience.
As a Sales Assistant on the shop floor, you will answer customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customers feel cared for.
