This is a field-based Key Account Manager role with huge scope to develop existing relationships, maximise regional performance, and represent a household-name brand. Key Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager: Client Relationship Management Nurture and grow an established base of accounts with regular in-person and virtual reviews. Upselling & Cross-Selling Deliver growth through consultative, solution-based sales. Sales Process Excellence Close deals efficiently, often in the first meeting, using structured sales techniques. Training & Support Educate clients on getting maximum value from their services. Territory Planning Optimise activity across your region and maintain accurate CRM data. Insight & Intelligence Stay ahead of market trends and share insights with your team. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Regional Account Manager, or similar B2B sales role. A fast-paced sales background where closing business on the day is part of the process. Confidence handling complex service propositions and ROI-based sales. Familiarity with Challenger, SPIN, SNAP, or other structured sales methodologies. Resilience in price-led conversations (no discounting its all about value). Whats in it for you?
