Role Purpose
We are recruiting a Head of Fundraising to lead our fundraising efforts, develop inspiring campaigns, and foster a strong supporter community. Reporting to the Director of Income Generation, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Increasing the value and sustainability of fundraising income, including legacy income.
2. Developing operational plans based on clear needs, proven concepts, and demonstrable impact.
3. Leading the replacement of our current fundraising CRM.
4. Managing a team of paid and voluntary fundraisers to ensure excellent supporter care.
5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maximize income.

* Proven success in various aspects of fundraising.

* Experience in business planning and budget management.
* Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and business links.
* Effective leadership with experience in leading diverse fundraising teams.

Additional Details
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings for events, with prior notice.
