Administrative Services Officer
Full time, Permanent – Grade 5 (£26,706.73 – £30,378.43)

The Strategy, Governance and External Relations Service provides essential professional services that underpin the successful delivery of the University’s Strategic Plan. Collectively, the six units that make up the service enable strong governance, effective operational and administrative support, regulatory compliance, strategic student recruitment and admissions, forward‑looking institutional planning, and impactful communication and engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
The University now seeks to appoint an Administrative Services Officer.
Reporting to the Head of Administrative Services and Executive Support, you will provide a comprehensive range of high quality, centralised administrative and business support services to the Executive Group, Senior Management Team and across each of the University’s Academic Faculties and Directorates.
The role requires a highly organised and discreet professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to work confidently with senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities under pressure, and provide accurate, high‑level administrative and committee support with strong digital capability.
