We are proud to be partnering with a highly respected Housing Association in the St.Helens area who are looking to appoint an Enforcement Officer on a short-term contract. This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working and a hourly rate between £23 - £25 per hour via an Umbrella Company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience undertaking ASB management and handling legal proceedings, including attending court and preparing documents. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Respond to all cases of ASB, including hate crimes and domestic abuse cases Prepare and serve legal documents including notices Collaborate with the Neighbourhoods team Handle interviews, witness statements and giving evidence in court Preparing witnesses before they attend court Sign-posting individuals to correct services and making referrals to mediation team Be advised that the successful candidate must be highly experienced in legal proceedings (attending court) andgeneral ASB duties.
