Job Title: Domain Lead – Investment Risk, Performance & Attribution

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Domain Lead to partner with senior business leaders and shape the future of Investment Risk, Performance & Attribution solutions. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on influencing strategy, driving innovation, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Own, develop, and deliver the domain strategy for Investment Risk, Performance & Attribution solutions.
* Collaborate with strategic programme teams to ensure alignment between initiatives and BAU operational activities.
* Define direction, priorities, and outcomes to inform quarterly planning.
* Own and manage the domain backlog, including roadmap planning, prioritisation, and delivery of enhancements and KTLO initiatives.
* Support and maintain vendor relationships within the domain.
* Work with Demand Leads to ensure alignment with ISS demand profile.
* Lead teams aligned to the domain to effectively deliver against the strategic vision.
* Drive adoption of automation and efficiency initiatives.
* Collaborate with chapter leads to ensure measurement of goals and outcomes within domain activities.
* Partner with the Business Accountable Executive to ensure the right mix of skills are in place to support delivery.
Candidate Profile
* Strong background in implementing complex operational and technology solutions.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and deliver results across a matrixed organisation.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience in sharing a vision to drive engagement.
* Demonstrable experience in managing technology-driven business process change.
* Skilled in creating and managing practical steps to deliver long-term vision.
* Ideally, strong domain knowledge in Investment Risk, Performance & Attribution.
* Previous experience in working with external vendors is desirable
