Role overview
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll execute and optimise digital campaigns that fuel growth across all brands in the Verto Group. From Google Ads and Meta to LinkedIn and remarketing funnels, you’ll be responsible for building multi-channel campaigns that deliver leads, revenue, and brand visibility.
This is a hands-on role for a digital native with strong analytical skills and an instinct for growth. You’ll manage budgets, run A/B tests, and build performance dashboards — all while working closely with CRM, Sales, and the Web team to ensure full-funnel success.
Key responsibilities
* Plan and execute high-performance paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display)
* Own optimisation strategy: drive down CPL, improve ROAS, increase conversion
* Build audiences, set up remarketing flows, and run conversion-focused ad experiments
* Collaborate with the CRM team to align campaign messaging with email and lifecycle flows
* Analyse funnel performance and provide recommendations for landing page improvements
* Report weekly and monthly on channel performance, insights, and trends
* Assist in budget forecasting, spend allocation, and media planning
* Partner with the Head of Marketing on campaign strategy and quarterly growth targets
What you bring
* 3–5 years minimum experience in paid digital marketing roles
* Expert in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
* Confident in managing campaigns across multiple brands and audiences
* Strong working knowledge of campaign reporting, attribution, and CRO
* Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools
* Data-driven mindset and ability to deliver insights clearly to stakeholders
* Bonus: experience in property, ecommerce, sustainability or lifestyle brands

* Type: Full time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
