We are currently recruiting for a Trade Sales Manager to join our Client’s franchise-approved car dealer in Newcastle Emlyn.
Our Client is offering the successful Trade Sales Manager up to £64,000 OTE.
Benefits:
Starting basic salary up to £40-50,000 per annum pending experience.
Uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £1,200 per month.
EV or fuel company car available.
20 days annual holidays, including the bank holidays, plus your birthday off (any bank holidays worked, you shall gain a day off in lieu) and increasing over the length of service after 5 years to 23.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00am-4:00pmKey Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
