Job Overview: We are seeking and friendly, outgoing and customer-focused individuals to join the Wool Tower Family as Floor Team Members.
As a member of our floor team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at our establishment.
Responsibilities:
Floor:
* Clear and wash glassware in a timely and efficient manner
* Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections at the table during dinner service
* To ensure company standards are upheld at all times
* to maintain cleanliness throughout the venue
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Other duties deemed necessary and within reason by venue management
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
* Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Must be at least 16 years old for our floor team and to be part of a dynamic and exciting environment
