About Our Client
The client is a large and International business based in Uxbridge, West London.
Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
3. General office coordination and management
4. Assisting HR with on boarding and administrative tasks
5. Ensure GDPR is maintained and assisting with any staff data, including internal staff database
6. Coordinating building facilities, including health and safety and fire regulation
7. Liaising with IT support to ensure office staff have what they need- ordering equipment, raising and fixing issues.
8. Managing post and all courier contracts
9. Managing office access, security and cleaning company.
10. Order office supplies, including water cooler and coffee machine.
11. Maintain a friendly office atmosphere by organising office incentives and events including the Christmas party
12. Possibly some PA duties
13. Possibly some Finance Admin duties

18. Have excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
