Summary
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be required to take on the technical design and integration of the electrical systems for new and existing projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Designing and managing your own projects, resolving technical matters and liaising with clients as and when needed.
2. Technical and supervisory guidance in Electrical aspects of the Company.
3. Liaising and developing relationships with existing clients of the Company and securing new sources of work.
4. Attending project meetings with clients and internal meetings to discuss progress and policies.
5. Raising and issuing fee quotations on projects under your direction.
6. Assisting and guiding junior staff members under your direction.
7. Managing your own and other resources under your direction.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
Preferably at least five years' experience and a suitable qualification in Electrical Building Services Engineering. Proficient in the use of Office 365, Amtech (Trimble), Dialux. A conscientious and focused outlook on your profession. The ability to think ‘outside the box’ in solving engineering and commercial problems. Highly motivated with a strong aptitude for learning and skill development. A positive and friendly team approach. An enthusiastic and willing personality willing to represent through client relationships and develop these further.
Desirable:
Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Revit. Previous working experience and knowledge of retail, commercial, residential, healthcare, and custodial sectors.
