Duties

* Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and troubleshooting issues effectively.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Ensure that all communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Experience
* Previous clerical experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
* Strong organisational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
* A background in customer service or related fields will be an advantage, demonstrating your capability to handle customer interactions with confidence.
