Adult Care Financial Services - Payments and Billing Team
The Adult Care Financial Services team is expanding its capacity in the payments and billing department. This presents an exciting opportunity to join an inclusive and empowering section of adult care finance. The team is responsible for administering financial processes to ensure accurate and timely payment and billing services related to Adult Social Care.
Your role will involve liaising with internal colleagues, external care providers, and responding to public inquiries regarding payments and billing needs. To succeed, you should have excellent communication and listening skills, demonstrating empathy via telephone and email to provide exemplary service to our customers. The ability to work independently, take initiative, troubleshoot, and find solutions is essential. We seek self-motivated candidates with enthusiasm who can manage and prioritize work to meet challenging deadlines.
Requirements include being numerate, possessing excellent IT skills—particularly in MS Office (Excel)—and being quick to learn new systems and processes. Training will be provided for all aspects of the role.
