An exciting and fast-growing business in the family lifestyle and hospitality private members’ space is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of its digital presence across multiple platforms. This newly created role will play a central part in shaping and delivering a best-in-class digital experience and with fresh investment and ambitious growth plans, this is a fantastic time to join the company as it undergoes a digital transformation!
The Role
You will be responsible for driving digital performance across key channels including the website, paid media, CRM, and a soon-to-launch mobile app. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and optimising performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
* Managing the digital customer journey and UX across platforms
* Supporting the rebuild of the company website and integration of new CRM systems
* Overseeing email marketing and CRM campaigns
* Analysing performance using tools such as GA4 to inform strategy and improve ROI
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent digital messaging and execution
The Candidate
As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in digital and performance marketing, with a keen analytical mindset and a focus on user experience. Ideal candidates will have:
* Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google, Meta)
* A solid grasp of analytics and performance reporting (GA4 and similar)
* Experience managing CMS platforms and website content
* A proven track record of delivering end-to-end digital campaigns
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
