Key responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:
* Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
* Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
* Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with auditors and manage the year-end audit process.
Key essentials of the Financial Accountant:
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
* Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
