Painter & Decorator - Social Housing Repairs, Maintenance & Voids Location: Welwyn and Hatfield (based from The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6AE) Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annumCompany Vehicle Provided (Work Use Only) About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across social housing properties. You'll carry out responsive and planned works in both occupied and void homes, including: - Glossing, emulsion, papering - Treating damp and mould - Ensuring effective preparation and perfect finishes - Providing excellent customer service at all times Multi-skilled experience in plastering or tiling would be a strong advantage. You'll use a handheld device to receive and complete tasks (full training provided), working safely and efficiently to deliver a great customer experience.
