The Opportunity – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – September 2025 Start:
Salary:£480 - £530 per week – From September 2025 - July 2026
School:SEN Specialist School – Redhill, Surrey
Age Range:11–19
Full-Time Role (Monday to Friday)
Duration:Academic Year 2025/26 – September 2025

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the class teacher to provide targeted support for students in the classroom
* Support children with an EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan), working alongside the SEN team
* Lead both 1:1 and small group sessions, inside and outside the classroom, to boost students' academic progress
* Plan and resource engaging intervention sessions to meet the needs of individual students
* Work closely with other professionals to assess and support students’ development
* Offer essential pastoral support, ensuring students feel safe, secure, and valued at school
