Right now, we are looking for a Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Hammersmith and Fulham.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
This role involves empowering clients to manage their health, wellbeing, and independence by identifying strengths and achieving goals in partnership with subcontractors. You'll support their engagement with community professionals, clearly explain service pathways, and co-produce group activities and peer networks. Responsibilities include promoting client safety and participation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring confidentiality. You'll assist with tenancy management, including rent collection, arrears, and voids, while helping clients build independent living skills. Working flexibly within the team, you'll also support health and safety, property maintenance, budgeting, and efficient use of resources under the Team Leader's direction.

Here's what the team will be looking for
With a solid understanding of health and safety in accommodation-based settings, I am skilled at monitoring and maintaining the security and wellbeing of supported housing environments, promptly reporting any maintenance needs. I bring experience working with individuals with mental health needs and possess a basic knowledge of housing management, including maintenance and repairs. My strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills enable me to produce clear, professional communications. I also have a sound understanding of safeguarding practices and am confident in addressing concerns appropriately to ensure the safety and protection of service users.
