We’re recruiting a Care Coordinator for our client based in Hoddesdon, supporting the day-to-day coordination of a domiciliary care service.
This role suits someone who understands care delivery, enjoys organisation, and can stay calm when plans change.
The role:
You’ll support the smooth running of care packages by:
* Coordinating carers and rotas
* Managing short-notice cover and run-outs when required
* Supporting basic care planning and scheduling
* Acting as a point of contact for carers and service users
* Ensuring continuity of care and service quality
* Stepping in to support operational needs when required
This is a hands-on coordination role, not purely desk-based. A willingness to be involved when needed is essential.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in domiciliary care or a strong understanding of care delivery
* Care background highly desirable
* Organised, reliable, and confident communicator
* Able to handle pressure and last-minute changes
* Full UK driving licence preferred, as occasional driving may be required in emergencies
