We are looking for a new team member that is passionate about providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to our clients. Primarily providing support to schools, you will be out and about every day working autonomously but able to call on our team of highly skilled and experienced professionals should you need assistance.
You will be a confident and articulate person with a passion for exceeding the expectations of our customers. Previous experience working in the Education sector would be a bonus however candidates are welcome with experience in any other customer focused onsite support roles.
Experience managing fleets of mobile devices via mobile device management (MDM) solutions is a bonus as are strong Apple support skills.
Your responsibilities include;
* Providing technical support to our customers including:
* End user device support (including a mix of Windows, Apple and Chromebook devices)
* Preventative Maintenance and Administration of Servers
* Management and deployment of mobile devices using MDM solutions
* Installation and troubleshooting basic network issues (Switching and Wireless)
* Supporting all IT issues and queries in a timely and professional manner
* Identifying improvement opportunities to our clients ensuring that systems are reliable and secure
* Working well with peers to provide or seek assistance when required
Qualifications
* Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably within an educational setting.
* Minimum of 1+ years of IT support experience is required.
* Strong technical skills across a range of ICT areas, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
* Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), interactive whiteboards, and digital learning resources.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑oriented approach to service delivery.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
* A valid driver’s licence is required for this role to enable daily onsite customer visits.
