Field Technician
We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

We want to hear from you if you:
* Have demonstrable experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following latest contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and time under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
* Can provide technical break/fix support for installed solutions.
* Can escalate issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
* Review open incidents daily, actively managing your workflow and utilization to resolve them.
* Have IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PC products (preferred).
