Location: Pan Lothian
The Outreach Service supports families with children who have exceptional healthcare needs. Many children are technology-dependent, chronically ill, with limited life expectancy, and require individualized care packages. Our goal is to provide high-quality, consistent, and continuous care to help families lead as normal a life as possible.
