Job Description
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Support budgeting and forecasting processes to guide financial decision-making.Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.Oversee reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.Assist in preparing year-end accounts and liaising with external auditors.Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.Provide support to the finance team and management on ad-hoc financial projects.The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).Proven experience in management accounting or similar roles within the business services industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.What's on Offer
