The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will support staff and the people supported. You will be responsible for developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure high-quality care and support.
You will also collaborate with relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities.
Their residential home provides nursing care for 24 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, along with respite care and services for 16-18-year-olds.
Their accessible building offers a spacious, modern environment with daily nursing care.
